All merchandise is inspected to make sure there is no damage prior to shipment so your products will be shipped in good order. Dazzlin Expressions does not take responsibility for items that are damaged during transit. We ensure products are properly packed/insulated before shipment. This does not guarantee items will not be damaged during transit. We will not accept returns on items that are damaged during shipment unless we are negligent. In the event of our negligence you are required to contact us via email within 3 business days. Our email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. For Customer who use our express shipment items are insured so contact us via email so we can help you file a claim. Should there be a need to return an item please see our return policy and understand that you are responsible for the cost to ship the product(s) back.
We have two different types of shipping available. Standard and Express. Not all shipping types are available to all customers and the shipping type(s) will depend on the order and your location. Most customer will only have flat rate Standard Shipping available.
Standard Shipping – Customers pay a flat rate of $3.99 per order up to $75 in value. Orders that are between $75.01 – $150 carries a flat rate shipping charge of $6.95. Products ordered using Standard shipping ship within 2 business days, not counting weekend or holidays. They generally arrive in 5 – 6 business days. Tracking is generally not provided with standard shipping but may be in some cases. To keep cost down we reserve the right to ship items separately. If Items are shipped separately they will follow the same timelines as outlined above and you will generally get the items at the same time or within the same time frame. Customers will not pay extra if Dazzlin Expressoins decides to ship items separately
Express Shipping – Customers pay a flat rate of $8.95 per order for up to $150 in value. Please add $1 for every $50 after that to a maximum of $15.95. Products ordered using our Express Shipping ships within two business days not counting weekends or holidays. They generally arrive in 2 – 3 business days. Express Shipments are insured up to $75 and is always provided. Carriers may vary.
Our return policy is simple. You Must contact us (via email) within 3 business days with your intentions if you want to return items (email@example.com). We are not responsible for incorrect items ordered on our website. You will be responsible for all shipping cost associated with returns or exchanges unless we made a mistake on your order. All returns must be unopened, unused, and undamaged and must be sent back within 7days of contacting us for full refund or exchange once the return is approved. Please Do Not send items back without contacting us first to ensure your items are processed correctly and a refund (if appropriate) is issued promptly. You will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping. All products will be inspected prior to issuing a refund or exchange.
Credits – All credits are issued via original method of payment within 3 – 5 business days of receiving and inspecting approved returned items.
